What is Management Fiction?

A form of literary fiction that explores how people live, work, struggle, and make choices inside workplaces, communities, institutions, and other human systems that shape everyday life.

It brings together:

• Workplace dynamics and the emotional climate of teams
• Leadership dilemmas and the moral choices people make under pressure
• Identity, ambition, and the dignity of labour
• Human behaviour inside corporate, social, or public entities

Unlike management textbooks, it doesn’t preach. Unlike pure fiction, it doesn’t escape reality. It sits in the middle, where the story becomes insight.

Management Fiction presents a grounded, realistic, emotionally textured view of how people behave, not how they are supposed to behave. 

In my books, workplaces become human spaces. 

Leadership becomes a moral choice. 

Everyday labour becomes a story worth telling.   

I write about the people we overlook, their dignity, their struggles, their quiet courage, and the meaning they create through work.
