From Ledgers to Literature

From balancing ledgers to writing literature, from designing systems to drafting strategies, my journey has always been about turning numbers into narratives.

I began with Physics and Chartered Accountancy, in the early 1990s, then moved into designing processes, building shared service centres, innovation labs, and technology startups, anchoring digital transformations along the way.

Alongside spreadsheets and storyboards, I kept writing fiction about quiet lives and loud truths, and non-fiction that makes complex activities simple. I write because stories change habits, restore empathy, and build culture. Whether it’s a bus conductor, a builder, a postman, or a transgender solopreneur, my characters remind us that invisible labour and silent victories shape our world.
